Hi Nick! Off the bat, you only had 8 tags instead of the full fourteen that was needed on the thinglink.
At first I was a little confused with the doves, but after reading the author's fear about his love unloving him, it made sense. Was 'dove' a nickname for him? Was that his lover's nickname?
I really liked the dove in the middle and how you symbolized the broken message throughout the dove painting. Is this the most symbolic picture on your butterfly?
Your butterfly itself was well done, but what are the round pieces of cardboard cutout? Is that something symbolic to the poem? Also, why did you choose green and orange? Do they represent being neutral?
I think you should have included more interpretation of the poem and your physical butterfly through tags.
Hey Nick. Just like Mia said, you only have eight tags instead of fourteen. You might want to fix that for sure. I also think you should include your actual poem below your thinglink so the viewer/reader can fully understand your project. The tag for your mood was well written. I really like the quote you chose, it backs up what you said about the mood. Nice job.
First off, you did a good job on explaining the mood of your poem and used quotes to back up your thinking. Though, I have some recommendations. You might want to include your poem so that the reader can understand your tags more because there are some tags that I find a little confusing. You might also want to put in some more tags because you only have eight instead of fourteen. Lastly, don't forget to include the MLA Citation as one of your tags.
Nick, I think you did a really good job! I especially liked how you represented the mood before and during the Holocaust through colors, and the representation of the golden road with the Holy Grail. The two things I would change is that you add the poem and add two more tags to your Thinglink.
Hey Nick! I really like the creativity you put into this project. I like how you put items and drawing under the four circles, because it shows what is hidden behind them. I also liked how you drew the bird half white, because the message it carried was broken. I saw that you were missing a couple of tags, so you should probably add that. I think you should also add the poem, so we can see where you are getting your creative ideas from. Other than that, great job on the hard work!
