Based on my observations of this picture, it seems that this could describe the setting of the novel, "To Kill A Mockingbird." In the novel the setting is decribed like this, "...People moved slowly then. They ambled across the square, shuffled in and out of the stores around it, took their time about everything. A day was twenty-four hours long but seemed longer..." This quote explains the setting of the book.
Nick - You only use one piece of textual evidence here. You do not provide a strong case for the connection between this picture and Maycomb. Please revise.
